Caroutia Listening Post

One of the many radio telescopes observing the cosmos at the Caroutia listening post, part of the Orra planetary array that spans many hundreds of miles. Remarkable discoveries have been already been achieved with the networking Vlaxra initiative to observe the cosmos, all species that have signed up to the agreement freely share the scientific data gathered from their own arrays.
