Now this piece is an important part of my life. I hope it can transmit to you, either you buy it or just contemplate it, what it means to me. This man, although not facially precise to what he looks like in real life, was the man in charge of an electrodomestic store along with his brother, and they name it "Cardús", cause it is their last name. They selled Playstation 1 games, and my brother, cousin and I used to go and buy games from them. This guy (sadly I can't remember his name) particularly, everytime I went to his store, made my day, he was an increibly happy person, always eager to help, solve your troubles and doubts as a costumer, and he cared about you as a human being. He irradiated joy, he transmited it to you. I was always fucking happy to go there and see him. In order for you to go back to your house happy and with the certainty that the games worked, he unboxed the games in front of you, blowed air in the CD in order to eliminate every imperfection that layed over the disk, tried it out on a PS1, and gave you the CD in perfect conditions. This really makes me think about the quality of persons nowadays, that cares more about money, rather than establishing an everlasting and healthy relationship. Besides that, remembering this numerous situations (luckily) fills me everytime with so much joy, and at the same time prints me a nostalgic mood, that points to the fact that I will never be able to live that moment again. How important it is to be concious. I wanted this piece to represent a cheer characterization of an impossible situation to bring back to the real world. 2100 x 1500 PNG made in Aseprite.
