Cabinet No. 1

Cabinet No. 1, Mott Street Metaverse 2460x3000 1/1, Seamless loop animation with sound.

The “Cabinet Series” pulls from my memories of going to the famed Chinatown Fair arcade on Mott Street in NYC. The multi-sensory experience of this iconic 80s and 90s arcade is evoked in the work through a dense layering of references and easter eggs, familiar to those who walked its halls—down to the infamous chickens.
