Or is it a dress-code? I took this photo on the corner of Bowery and Kenmare when the citizenM Hotel was no more than a lift shaft. The bar-code is a simple interference pattern caused when Noisedeck tries to scan an overlaid image that is out of frame, a hack I enjoy using. It could almost be a downpour of rain.
