Bored Song

A woman is seen smoking on a campus bench as I go by doing what I’m doing. Came back every once in a while and she’s still smoking, smoking and smoking. Abusing her packs of cigarettes without care. Then my head flips to a thought, “is her love for cigarettes just too much, or is she being stressed out by something?”. Turns out she was just BORED. And she vent all the boredom out to smoking. Her body was there for everyone to see, but her mind is somewhere only she knows. Bored burn bored burn bored, burnt. I guess it was right when they said “boredom kills”.
