Simurgh lived high in the Alburz Mountains, existing for a span of 1,700 years before it dove into a fire of its own creation and died, only to rise again. Blue by Aykut Aydoğdu represents, just like the creature itself, the union between the Earth and the sky, serving as mediator and messenger between the two.
