We all have our demons. They lurk in those dark corners of our minds that we keep hidden from the world, stirring emotions that boil inside us and burn us alive.
But keeping these emotions to ourselves is like trying to keep the lid on a boiling pot. It’s bound to spill, and it’s not a matter of IF, but a matter of WHEN.
Our minds work all the time, and most of us aren't even aware of it. Thoughts flow like an uncontrollable river until our time in this life comes and that river dries up. But we aren’t defined by what we feel or what we think. We are defined by what we act upon. Emotions don’t make us weak; ignoring them does that.
We just need to vent before the lid blows.
