Blood Ties

The tie that binds us has only one colour. Red.

Athens 2026

• Giving blood is a quick, safe act of generosity that can save up to three lives with a single donation.

• Volunteer donors provide critical lifelines for surgery patients, accident victims and cancer survivors.

• I wouldn't be here without the gift of blood.

• If you can find 10 minutes of your time to give blood, please do. Thank you!
