Every year on April 19th serious psychonauts celebrate Albert Hofmann, the Swiss scientist who first discovered LSD in 1943 and experienced a challenging bike ride home as he began to trip balls!
Since the mainstreaming of psychedelics, openly sharing enthusiasm for LSD no longer feels terribly risqué. Nonetheless, cognitive liberty and the right to explore one's own consciousness feels especially crucial at a time when personal liberties are being taken away and a significant part of the western world appears to be hypnotized by the white man's state sanctioned and state taxed drugs: Netflix, alcohol, online shopping, prescription pharmaceuticals, etc.
Question authority, friends! Also question your idols: how are you spending your energy, which Gods are you unknowingly worshipping?
