The Manananggal is a mythical creature in Filipino folklore known as a beautiful woman who can detach its upper torso from its lower body, allowing it to fly through the night hunting pregnant women and their unborn children. But underneath this terrifying monster is a heartbroken bride left alone by his supposed groom, desperately crying for him to come back to her.
