This artistic work is unique and now available for purchase.
"Flower Thrower" (2003 - acrylic on canvas 170x200cm).
"The protagonist of the Banksy depiction is about to throw the bouquet of flowers. It shows the intense energy, passion and concentration of those in a position of defiance, while at the same time saying something about the method as such - the use of art, wit and general transcendence" (Gregory Johnson).
"Girl with Baloon" (2003 - acrylic and spray by means of stencil on canvas 40x40 cm).
Discovered in 2002 on the wall of a staircase in the South Bank of London. The painting recalls the idea that hope is a key element - it motivates people not to lose the will and strength to go on living, despite gloomy living conditions. Banksy skillfully manages to use the dirty and neglected environments in which he places his work to depict the desolation of difficult times, but also the hope of happiness in a world full of suffering. Love, symbolized here by a balloon, is a basic human need and as such must be nurtured. (from the book Banksy to the exhibition "The Mystery of Banksy - A Genius Mind".
