Dear Forestlord,
Yes, some of you might have forgotten, but each of you hold an important part of my artistic journey, a piece of a 1-Bit Great Forest. You are thereby a Forestlord of said piece.
I am writing first and foremost to thank you for participating in this little experiment of mine! I appreciate that. As well as I am geniunely surprised and pleased to see that none of the 1-BIT FORESTs have ever been listed for sale by this date!
Even though technically this collection is just a series of tokens minted into HicEtNunc smart contract, for me they are a little bit more than that.
It’s been a while since I’d make any updates to this little project of mine though. It might look like I have abandoned it. It is true to some extent. I had plans of extending the collection. I’ve also been thinking of ways to show my gratitude to OG Forestlords.
Unfortunately, external events have changed the course of my life so I had to make a pause. My vision about the collection’s future has also evolved over time and now I believe I lack certain skills to bring it forward the way I find fitting.
However I do keep my intention to go back to experimenting with 1-bit art and on-chain mechanics.
You most probably don’t even expect anything from me except for just making more art :D But I wanted to make sure you know: I appreciate you for staying with me.
Sincerely, BadFoxLab
