Back Stage Pass (2015)

Down in the thick oozing mud at the foot of an abandoned cooling tower is a spot where this dramatic image was created. This image is a 3 x 3 panoramic stitch to fit this view in. I had to throw my trainers and jeans away afterwards too, such are the trials of an architectural photographer!

The image forms part of the multi award-winning Forgotten Heritage photography series, which has been running since early 2012 and features imagery from lesser known historic, abandoned and hidden locations throughout Europe.
