Awakening

In the past, humanity had no idea how early cyborg and humanoid prototypes would react to their awakening. For this they tied them with massive steel cables and locked them up in humid underground workshops. Many of these prototypes, especially those considered defective, have been deactivated, disassembled and thrown in the trash, like old and unused toys. Others, even today, survive in these murky places, waiting for the right moment, if ever there should be, to finally awaken.
