The sequential equation engine was the new medium through which hybrid brains received information. They carried precise sets of instructions which 'agent' BCIs used to directly reconfigure the neural architecture of the viewer.

These engines, commonly called ASSIs are compressed data packets of instantly assimilable information allowing for large amounts of information to be shared instantly among humans. They remain incomprehensible to unaugmented minds.
