Edition 1/1
To witness the elusive aurora borealis, aka the northern lights, perform is something many have on their bucket list. Most never get to tick it off their list. Living under this mesmerizing phenomenon can be a blessing. However, we do pay the price in a long and dark winter. It was a cold and clear night in the valley of Reisadalen, in Nordreisa, Norway. To capture this scene, I had to wade waist-deep in powder-like snow, which to some would seem an adventure in itself. For us who dwell under the arctic sky, this comes with the territory. I hope you enjoy this timelapse of the bucket list phenomenon.
