Anonymous regulator

"Anonymous regulators" are second generation of "Anonymous Officials" and the first one on blockchain, available to the public. In attempt to breath some evolution to the class of "Officials", their brains were replaced by neural networks and they devolved to linear categorization replicants. Their purpose is to to promote an internet environment that is worthy of institutional trust. Each Anonymous regulator 101 is equipped with special camera that feeds and trains a large scale centralized BigGAN. When you purchase it, you'll get the proof of ownership on the blockchain, with exclusive access to pdf file containing it's visual code, which, in order to materialize, has to be printed, cut out and constructed.
