Analog Dreams, Time in Pixels

I believe this piece represents about 45 years of my journey as an artist. I recall encountering video art in an art gallery during the late 1970s, and it left me amazed. It had an incredibly analog and avant-garde feel to it. At the time, I was deeply inspired but didn't come to fully appreciate its impact until recently. What you see now is the result of using AI digital imaging to craft these post-photo cinemagraphic visuals. I've been working with Photoshop since 1994, which means for nearly 30 years. The inspiration that began in the 1970s, combined with my extensive experience with Photoshop, and the introduction of AI digital imaging in 2022, brings together technologies and inspirations from several decades into this single piece.
