AMBIGUOUS INTERLOCK is an ongoing series of original 2D abstract artworks exploring the uncertain boundary between recognition and visual confusion.
Each piece presents a single fragmented face constructed from interlocking geometric and organic forms, distorted planes, abstract lines, negative spaces and unexpected visual relationships.
The artworks contain no literal narrative or predetermined meaning. Instead, they invite the viewer to question what belongs to the face and what belongs to the surrounding abstract structure.
Every edition is uniquely constructed with a different facial structure, shape system, composition and color palette while remaining part of the same visual universe.
One face. Infinite interpretations.
