AI Desktop

Video Loop/ 2019-2022. From Clippy the office assistant of Office 97' to Siri, the 'desktop assistant' has turned from visual to audio. I wonder if the AI assistant will return to have a visual presence in our desktop workplace. An AI (Gan) generated video loop. From my AI video series exploring the wishes, agencies and potential dreams of the conscious machines. The desktop bar is taken from an add in Verbum (journal of computer aesthetics) magazine of 1989. The video is generated by generative adversarial networks trained on a selected number of images and then edited on Adobe Premiere and composited later with RunwayML. The music is an extract of my track Quattro. Composed and played by myself: Piano + MidiPiano + electronics. Edited with Audacity and Ableton Live.
