My homage to the fierce warriors of the ancient west African Kingdom of Dahomey (now The Republic of Benin).

The Agojie were symbols of female strength and power and are the inspiration behind The Woman King and the elite all-female personal bodyguards of the King/Queen in the movie Black Panther.
