Addiction

It is not just an extreme habit but underneath is the "tendency" which makes one get addicted to beliefs, ideas, objects, and people. The object of addiction is always the focus, but the tendency is always missed. With this art piece, I am trying to defocus the object and letting the tendency take over the canvas with bright red color. The subject is extremely interesting as well as philosophical and this interests me and I hope it interests you too. I spent many months contemplating the nature of tendencies, before coming up with this collector's edition.
