ACCEPTANCE

This is a piece which signifies loneliness of human beings in this era of social media mirrored using the dark scape, where the human ego and competitive life decreases the chance of being a loving and accepting creature. Partly vibrant colors represent the happiness and joy that comes through love and our differences.   The ray of light here shows the difference that love can impart on an individual in the opposite point of the darkness that has overcome the world and made most people as lonely as they are.   The pieces are made in a semi surrealistic style. At first glance they may appear as seemingly flat or even 2D but instead each piece works off of a depth using a variety of elements at different scales and positions within the scene to make up the final composition.   The definition above is the feeling of the artist as perceived. The audience is free to interpret as one feels or create one that suits one’s own imagination.
