With hopes abound I wear the blue dress Kohl -lined eyes, shy faced with flowers in my hair I am going to meet my love where else will I find such happiness

Abhisāra in vaishnav literature refers to rendezvous with Krshna - it very well could be that Radha represents the mortal soul and Krshna the divine, Abhisāra is that coveted rendezvous that fills our soul with light :)
