Chuck Ayoub, 2021 — on Foundation
Description
This nova is known as Nova Cas 2021 or V1405 Cas. I captured it across multiple nights. It was selected as the NASA Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD) on June 7, 2021 - which is considered one of the highest awards one can get in astrophotography.
