An exercise in working shapes on the 'canvas' has resulted in this work. Unexpected for me but I'm happy with the outcome. The elements reminded me of a firefly and a little research about colour inspired the palette for this work.
I'm also happy with this symbolic meaning found on the 'Well and Good' web site.
'Fireflies remind us that it's the small, simple things in life that matter the most. They inspire us to take a moment to slow down, ground ourselves in the moment, and appreciate all that surrounds us.'
