#13 Abimanyu

The Crown Prince of Pandava, Battle partner of Gatotkaca and Hero of Bharatayuddha. Abimanyu is the son of Arjuna and Subadra, he fought in The Great War in as a young adult. On the 13th day of Bharatayuddha, Abimanyu was slain. The mightiest of Kurava's warrior trap Abimanyu inside Chakravyuha formation and overwhelm him. With various weapons stuck in his body, Abimanyu fought till the end, killing a lot of Kurava warriors while being gravely injured. Before he died, Abimanyu managed to kill the crown prince of Kurava, Lesmana Mandrakumara, the son of Duryodhana.

Abimanyu's son, Perikesit will be the one to inherit Pandava's throne at the end of the war.
