#12 Shalya

The King of Mandraka and The Master of Chandrabirawa As the uncle to Pandava, his heart side with them, but his political allegiance makes him an ally to Kurava in the great war. Shalya dies after being indirectly killed by Yudhistira, after the later banish the plague of Chandrabirawa.

Shalya was once named Narasoma, an arrogant but powerful prince. Along with age, he grew wiser. Shalya's story is a tragic story of a King with a kind heart but died on the side of villainy.
