Microsoft Video 1 (or MS-CRAM) Codec was an early video-compression codec developed in the early 90s by Media Vision as the MotiVE codec and later licensed by Microsoft 1992 for their "Video for Windows" framework released with Windows 3.1. This was Microsoft's response to Apple developing their Quicktime video framework.
I don't remember what the source videos were, there were two and one may have been a cartoon of sorts, but footage was converted to MSV1 and databent with Audacity, additionally several pieces contain h.264 glitch artefacts from importing databent footage into Photoshop/Adobe Media Encoder.
