When I write code, I translate rules for a machine to follow. When I draw by hand, I allow my body, memory, and emotions to become the algorithm.
In essence, these two processes are not fundamentally different. What changes is the processor, not the creative principle.
When I code, I transform thought into instructions, logic, conditions, and systems that a computer can execute. Every line, every color, and every movement emerges from algorithms defined with precision.
When I draw by hand, however, I do not abandon algorithms. I simply relocate them back into myself.
My hand follows the rhythm of my breathing. My eyes make decisions shaped by experience. My memory determines what to preserve and what to let disappear. My emotions influence the weight of each mark. My intuition resolves choices in fractions of a second.
These are algorithms that were never written in code. They are formed through lived experience, observation, repetition, failure, and time.
Therefore,
Whether I use a pen, a brush, or a programming language, the essence of my practice remains unchanged: I design systems that allow the invisible to become visible.
In the end, my art is not defined by the tools I use, but by the way of thinking that exists behind those tools.
